Financial Arrangements

  • In order to provide the highest quality dental care, we have developed convenient payment options from which you may choose. Prior to treatment, fees and financial arrangements will be discussed with you. If you have dental insurance for which we are a provider, we will coordinate these arrangements with the benefits offered by your insurance company. We accept checks, cash, Master card, Visa. 
  • We also offer 12 months financing with no interest through Carecredit.  You can apply online or call 800-839-9078.

Insurance

  • We are a provider of Delta Dental Premier, although we accept other major insurance plans as well. Many plans have in and out of network options; we are considered an out of network provider. Please call Diane or Pam (916-635-2100) as they can offer further assistance in this area.
  • We understand the value of insurance and we will go the extra mile to help you maximize your benefits. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with your coverage as insurance co-pays vary from plan to plan. We will make every effort to estimate your deductible and co-pays prior to treatment. However, please remember that the financial obligation for your dental treatment is between you and our office, not between your insurance company and us.
